In 2006 Dick joined his wife, JoAnn, in their residential real estate business in Boca Raton, with expertise from Wellington to Parkland. Dick’s specialized training includes an MBA plus multiple accreditations: Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Graduate, Realtor Institute.
JoAnne’s career began as a public relations and marketing professional in the telecommunications industry. She has lived in South Florida for 23 years and started her real estate career more than a decade ago. She is an Accredited Staging Professional, Accredited Buyers Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist, with a Realtor e-PRO certification. As a member of the City of Boca Raton’s Community Appearance Board, she is routinely involved in the growth and perspective of the City and it’s surrounding areas.
